Andrey Matuzov is a prominent Russian expert and thought leader in the advertising and branding industry, recognized for his pioneering approach toward Talent Management and Talent Capitalization theories. Matuzov promotes the idea that effective talent management serves as the essential entry point for building a fair and just future for humanity.
 

Throughout his career, Matuzov has significantly contributed to the growth and success of leading global consultancies and advertising agencies. Starting in the early 1990s, he became the head of a Russian advertising business within the EMCG group of companies. From the mid-1990s onward, as a senior partner of Omnicom Group Inc. (NY) in Russia, Matuzov played a key role in developing business strategies for leading international consulting and communications networks, including TBWA Chiat Day, Interbrand Zintzmeyer & Lux AG, Fleishman Hillard, Integer, DAS, Tequila, HAKUHODO, and M&C SAATCHI.


Matuzov has provided strategic branding and brand valuation services, notably applying methodologies developed by Interbrand Zintzmeyer & Lux AG, one of the pioneers in brand valuation. His strategic insights and approaches have been instrumental in shaping the brand architecture and long-term positioning of major national companies and institutions, reinforcing his reputation as a leading figure in the Russian brand consulting market.


His work within Omnicom Group included the development and implementation of regional strategies aimed at strengthening the market positions of the largest international brands across multiple industries. Matuzov is widely recognized for his ability to adapt global methodologies and introduce innovative strategic solutions that drive sustainable corporate growth, confirming his status as a world-class expert in strategic communications and brand consulting.

Andrey Matuzov was born on September 29, 1972. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Faculty of International Relations, in 1998.
